About
Joff Rose has over 12 years experience in providing specialist valuation and consultancy advice across a range of commercial, residential and rural property assets throughout the UK.
He initially qualified as a rural surveyor in the Midlands with Fisher German LLP which gave him an excellent grounding in many aspects of real estate including property management, landlord and tenant, utilities and infrastructure projects and Compulsory Purchase.
Joff then moved to Savills based in London providing commercial property valuation advice to investment funds across a range of sectors (office, retail, industrial etc) on a UK wide basis.
He then spent 7 years at JLL in the Commercial Valuation team where he was the lead Director for the team based in the Exeter office covering the South West and Channel Islands.
In 2024 Joff qualified as a HypZert MLV valuer enabling him to undertake Mortgage Lending Valuations for German Pfandbrief Banks lending in the UK.
Joff established JHR Property Consultants in 2025 with the aim of providing a straight-forward and reliable service with a focus on providing RICS Red Book valuation advice to clients.
